Questions to ask leasing
- Confirm the current reward and payout method.
- Ask when the referral must be registered and whose name is required.
- Check resident eligibility, qualifying lease length, move-in conditions and any waiting period.
- Ask about caps, combining offers and whether the incoming renter receives anything.
Does the incoming renter receive a benefit?
This research does not confirm a new-renter incentive for this listing. A reward for an eligible resident does not automatically give the incoming renter a discount. Ask leasing separately.
Is this an Apartment Savers offer?
No. Apartment Savers is an independent publisher with no referral agreement with this community or manager. Naming Apartment Savers does not qualify you for the listed resident program. Use the eligible resident’s name and the required process.
