Our commitment
Apartment Savers supports equal housing opportunity. No listing, referral description, illustration or search tool is intended to express an unlawful preference, limitation or exclusion. We do not screen applicants or decide who receives housing.
People, not stereotypes
Our research focuses on locations, published programs and rewards. We do not recommend or exclude neighborhoods, properties or people based on protected characteristics. We support housing access without unlawful discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status or other characteristics protected by applicable law, including California protections such as source of income, sexual orientation and gender identity.
Affordable/senior labels describe housing categories, not individual eligibility decisions. Ask management about lawful requirements and accommodations. Resident referrals do not replace applications or permit discriminatory selection.
Report content for review
Report potentially discriminatory language or misleading eligibility statements to apartmentsavers@businessoptimizer.org or through corrections & contact. Include the URL and concern, without another person’s sensitive records.
