Independent listings; no endorsement
Names, descriptions and links identify communities for research. They do not imply affiliation, authorization, sponsorship or endorsement by a property, owner or manager. Apartment Savers currently has no community referral agreements or renter offers of its own. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. We use original editorial descriptions and link to sources; we do not claim ownership of third-party material.
Accuracy and changing terms
Information may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. A source-check date records research, not a guarantee of availability then or today. Directory evidence and unpublished terms are labeled. Policies, management, rewards, deadlines and eligibility may change without notice. Confirm current written terms directly before an inquiry, tour, application, referral or financial decision. Use corrections & contact to report errors.
Community-controlled rewards
Only the relevant community or manager can approve and fulfill its reward. Listing creates no right to a payment, rent credit, concession, tenancy or approval. Residents and incoming renters may receive different benefits or none. Naming Apartment Savers does not make you eligible. Follow deadlines, use the actual eligible resident’s name, obtain needed consent and respect program limits. Portfolio and property entries may describe the same reward; do not assume stacking.
Our role
This public site does not accept housing applications, screen tenants, negotiate leases, decide eligibility, guarantee housing or pay listed resident rewards. It does not replace professional advice or a community’s written agreement. Future paid placements or partnerships will be identified separately.
Founder’s story
The Ivystone story is Justin’s recollection around 2010. Its amounts, living/working situation and approximate referral share are personal recollections, not independently verified data or current Ivystone terms. No outcome is promised to others.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate residents/properties, knowingly submit false corrections, misrepresent eligibility, misuse personal information, disrupt the site or facilitate unlawful discrimination, harassment or fraud. You are responsible for your communications and compliance with law and community terms.
Corrections and rights concerns
Owners, managers and readers may request corrections or review with a page URL, the issue and supporting information. Rights holders should identify disputed material and their authority/concern. We may correct, clarify, suspend or remove content following review. A request does not guarantee an outcome or response time. Do not send confidential resident/applicant records.
Availability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, this information service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness, uninterrupted access or savings. To the extent permitted by law, Apartment Savers and its operator are not responsible for losses from reliance on incomplete/inaccurate research, third-party conduct, expired programs, unavailable housing or interrupted service. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. These terms cannot guarantee that legal claims will not be made.
Outside services and other policies
Outside websites and transactions have their own terms. Read our privacy policy and fair-housing commitment. A listing is not permission to discriminate or bypass lawful criteria.
Changes and applicable law
Revisions are posted with an updated date and apply going forward, subject to required notice/consent. California law governs to the extent applicable without removing mandatory protections under another applicable jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent allowed by law.
